Leeds United returned to pre-season training today.

Leeds United are only just over a month removed from their play-off heartbreak at the hands of Derby County, but they’re back at it today.
The Whites were 2-0 up on aggregate in the play-offs before collapsing to defeat against Derby, meaning they missed out on a final meeting with Aston Villa.
They’ve convinced Marcelo Bielsa stay for another season, and he will now be looking to mastermind another push for promotion to the Premier League.
Players were back at Thorp Arch this morning to kickstart their preparations for the new season, with the Leeds squad ready for another gruelling Bielsa pre-season.
Ahead of the return to training, Leeds forward Kemar Roofe took to Twitter, admitting that his batteries have been recharged and he’s ready to get back to business.
The 26-year-old hit 15 goals in 33 games last season, and he will be hoping that his pre-season preparations will help him achieve similar success next season.

It’s an important pre-season for Roofe as well as Leeds as a whole. Roofe had some injury issues in the playoffs, and Leeds need him to be fully recovered in order to get off to a good start next season.
Add in that he has just one year left on his contract and his deal needs to be a priority for Leeds, and it’s an important summer for the striker both on and off the pitch.
