Leeds will return to action in a few hours’ time when they take on West Brom at Elland Road in the Championship.
Roofe, who can operate as a striker or as a winger, is on the sidelines at the moment with a knee injury.
The 26-year-old started his career at West Brom, but he failed to break into the first team at the Baggies and joined Oxford United on a permanent contract in 2015.
The Englishman has been on the books of Leeds since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Oxford for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3 million.

Roofe has stated on Twitter and Instagram that he has a good feeling about tonight’s match between Leeds and his former club West Brom at Elland Road this evening.
Leeds are third in the Championship table at the moment, while West Brom are currently fourth in the standings.
