Leeds United have announced Kemar Roofe’s departure.

Kemar Roofe has officially left Leeds United to join Anderlecht in Belgium.
The 26-year-old, who joined Leeds in 2016, has signed a three-year deal with Vincent Kompany’s side.
United didn’t confirm a price but The Sun have reported that the Championship side would be receiving around £7 million for the English striker.
Roofe was a popular player at Elland Road and ended up as the team’s top goalscorer last season after netting 15 times for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
The player himself confirmed the move on Instagram and here’s how some Leeds supporters responded:
drw8731: Gutted but all the best @roofe smash it bro. MOT
z.winfield05: what a waste
dozzad80: Gutted Kemar. Had a feeling all summer you didn’t want to be at Leeds. All the best man
mk._.012: Gonna miss u
laurathackray04: Nooooo ALAW
danoclufc: Best of luck. Quality player, always gave everything for the badge. No doubt you’ll smash it over there
paulelliott1964: Good luck Kemar

Romaine Sawyers, who was linked with a move to Elland Road this summer, also sent a message to Roofe, writing: “My guy congratulations brother.”
The former Oxford United ace managed 32 goals across 122 appearances for the Whites in all competitions.
It remains to be seen if Leeds boss Bielsa will be signing a replacement striker between now and Thursday’s transfer deadline.
The West Yorkshire are heavily linked with a move for Ryan Kent of Liverpool, but he’s a winger.
As things stand, Patrick Bamford is Leeds’ only fit and senior striker.
