Leeds United lost 1-0 at Birmingham City on Saturday.

Kemar Roofe has reacted to Leeds United’s 1-0 defeat on Saturday.
Birmingham City nicked a 1-0 victory thanks to a a Jacques Maghoma winner in the 83rd minute which ended Leeds’ four-match winning streak.
It was a poor performance from a United side that had won five of their last six Championship games in December, but a sixth victory never looked probable yesterday afternoon.

Still, Thomas Christiansen’s side remain fifth in the Championship and despite ending the calendar year on a bum note, there is still all to play for the Whites in the second half of the campaign.
And that was the post-match message from Roofe after the loss.
Roofe struggled a tad, often isolated up front on his own and only touched the ball 30 times in 90 minutes.
One reason for that was perhaps the fact that Samu Saiz was kept on the bench until the 55th minute, having the missed the last two games through injury.
But it’s the Spaniard who makes Leeds tick and fans will hope he is back in the first XI when Nottingham Forrest visit Elland Road on Monday.
