The Leeds United man has had to improve technically and physically after making the jump from League Two.

Whites star Kemar Roofe sat down for an exclusive interview with LUTV, and highlighted how much of a step up it has been for him, following his move to Elland Road from Oxford United in the summer.
The 24-year-old has impressed in spurts for Garry Monk’s men so far this season, and has made 37 appearances in all competitions for Leeds, chipping in with two goals along the way.
He still has a lot of room for improvement, however, and Whites fans will be expecting to see more from Roofe over the remainder of the campaign, and on into next season.
The former Oxford man sat down for an interview with LUTV, and highlighted the key differences he has noticed when playing in the Championship as opposed to League Two:
“Obviously the quality of players and the tempo of the game as well. I’ll say it’s more physical, so quicker as well – got to move the ball quicker, less time on the ball. Yes, that’s it – all round better quality.”

With Leeds currently in such a strong position in the Championship table, and looking like being pretty much assured of a play-off spot, barring a collapse in the final third of their campaign, Roofe will have the chance of jumping from League Two to the Premier League in just over a year.
A lot still has to happen between now and then of course, in order for that to become a reality, but if he can continue to improve, there is no reason why he cannot drive his side on to promotion to the promised land.
