Celtic midfielder Scott Allan will join Hibernian in the summer of 2019.

Allan has signed a pre-contract agreement with Hibernian and will move to Hibs on a free transfer in the summer of 2019.
The 27-year-old has struggled to make an impact at Celtic and is not guaranteed a place in manager Brendan Rodgers’s starting lineup.
The former West Bromwich Albion prospect has been out on loan to Rotherham United, Dundee and Hibernian during his time at Celtic so far in his career.
Former Celtic central defender Wilson played with Allan at Rotherham, and he believes that a move to Hibernian and working under manager Neil Lennon will get him going, and he has also praised the 27-year-old.

Wilson told Herald Scotland about Allan: “He is a great player Scotty, probably one of the best technically I played with.”
“I think playing under Lenny again will do him the world of good,” added Wilson. “I played under Lenny and he is a great man manager.
“He tells you when you are playing well and makes you feel like the best player in the world. But he’ll let you know when you’re playing bad as well.”
Leaving Celtic now
With Hibernian not having a good season, manager Lennon could do with bringing Allan to Easter Road now.
Moreover, there is no point in the Scottish midfielder staying at Celtic for the rest of the season and warming the substitutes’ bench when he could actually play in week in and week out for Hibs.
