The West Ham United vice-chairman suggests that she wants Manchester City to win against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady has suggested in her football diary in The Sun that she will cheer for Manchester City against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
Tottenham will take on City at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Brady has suggested that she will root for Pep Guardiola’s side as Spurs are a London team.

“I’m apt to cheer the team with the greater number of English players, although in Spurs’ case against Man City I might make an exception,” Brady wrote her in football diary in The Sun.
“Hammers people just like our neighbours to lose. The rest of the Prem, however, are looking for ways to add to the clues Celtic provided as to how to prevent Pep Guardiola’s team from running away with the title.”
Former Leicester City and Derby County midfielder Robbie Savage has suggested in The Mirror that a Tottenham win would be good for the Premier League title race.

“I like watching both Spurs and City play,” Savage wrote in The Mirror. “So, as a neutral, I can just sit back and enjoy the show.
“It’s a shame two of the fixture’s biggest hitters, Harry Kane and Kevin De Bruyne, will be missing through injury.
“But for the good of the title race, a Tottenham win would prove Guardiola is not invincible.”
West Ham and Tottenham are London rivals, and it would make sense for Brady to cheer for City on Sunday afternoon.
However, perhaps it would be best for the Premier League title race if Tottenham win.
City have won all six of their league matches so far this season and are firm favourites to clinch the title.
However, there have been some signs in recent weeks that Guardiola’s side are not invincible, especially at the back.
The Citizens have conceded at least once in each of their last three competitive matches.
On Wednesday evening, City conceded as many as three goals against Celtic at Celtic Park in Champions League Group C.
