West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady has praised Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in her football diary in The Sun.
Brady has praised the England international striker for not having tattoos, and believes that he is model for young men.
“Harry Kane is an old-fashioned centre-forward, shaping up to be the best English goalscorer since Alan Shearer,” Brady wrote in her football diary in The Sun. “He adds three against Stoke this afternoon, his third hat-trick in nine matches.
“Unlike many of his fans he’s free from tattoo scribble and that makes me like him even more.
“Listen to this: ‘My dad would never let me. He always told me I would regret it when I was older.’
“Good advice and, just as important, proof he can take it. Plenty of young men could learn from him.”
Kane is one of the best strikers in Europe and is playing brilliantly for Tottenham at the moment.
The 23-year-old scored a hat-trick in Spurs’ 4-0 victory over Stoke City at White Hart Lane in the Premier League last weekend.
The Englishman has scored 17 goals and created 29 chances in 21 Premier League matches for Tottenham so far this season.
During the 2015-16 campaign, Kane scored 25 goals and created 44 chances in 38 league games for Spurs.
Tottenham are unlikely to catch London rivals Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side can certainly secure the runners-up spot.
Spurs will return to action on Sunday afternoon when they take on Everton at White Hart Lane in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, West Ham will face Chelsea at the London Stadium in the Premier League on Monday evening.
