West Ham United failed to win against Sunderland in the Premier League last weekend.

West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady has revealed in her football diary in The Sun a stat that has bothered everyone at the club.
The Hammers have dropped more than 20 points from winning positions in the Premier League this season.
That was before the London outfit’s game against Sunderland last weekend. Slaven Bilic’s side played out a 2-2 draw with the Black Cats away from home at the Stadium of Light.
West Ham actually took the lead against David Moyes’s side twice, but they conceded twice, including the equaliser in the 90th minute.
“There’s a West Ham statistic that bothers all of us at the London Stadium,” Brady wrote in her football diary in The Sun. “It reveals that the Hammers have dropped a huge 22 points AFTER scoring first.
“Two more go today after Andre Ayew had given us the lead against Sunderland — a result that would have made remaining in the Prem more or less certain leaves a darkish cloud in the distance, instead.
“Winning regularly by a lone goal was the feature of the Arsenal Invincibles that rival supporters grew to hate. But it was a sign of inner confidence and all-round grittiness. Evidently, we need more of it.”
West Ham are 13th in the Premier League table at the moment with 37 points from 33 matches, as many as nine points above the relegation zone.
The Hammers will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Everton at the London Stadium in the league.
The London outfit need to win all three points against the Toffees in order to maintain their slim chance of breaking into the top 10 of the league table this season.
