West Ham vice-chairman is eyeing a top six finish.
West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady has told SkySports she is hoping the team can achieve a top six finish this season.
Speaking to The Debate (16/8 10pm), Brady was quizzed about West Ham’s objective for the 2017/18 season.
Brady responded by offering an ambitious target.
She said: “We would like a top six finish, we would like to do well in the cups.
“We want to enjoy the season. If we finish in the top six it will be a real success.”

So far the Hammers are off to a disappointing start, having been crushed 4-0 by Manchester United in their opening game.
The club start the campaign with four away games due to events and work being undertaken at the London Stadium, putting Slaven Bilic’s side under early pressure.

Last season West Ham finished in 11th place, a step back from a top 10 finish in Slaven Bilic’s first season.
This summer the Hammers have had a more stable transfer window with some smart signings, but Sunday’s match sapped much of the positivity which had built up over the summer.
Breaking into the top six will be a tough prospect for the Hammers, but there is nothing wrong with a little ambition at this stage of the campaign.
