Michal Zyro left Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan this week.

Karl Robinson has told Charlton Atheltic’s official website that he has been “really impressed” by Wolverhampton Wanderers loanee Michal Zyro.
The 25-year-old left Wolves to join the Addicks on a half-season loan this week.
Zyro joined Wolves two years ago but has struggled for regular football since returning from a 15-month injury layoff, managing just seven Championship appearances for the West Midlands side in total.

But the Poland international, who has four caps for his country, has netted three goals from those seven games and the Charlton boss admits to being surprised at how good he actually is after seeing him in training.
“Michal has trained really well, he’s really impressed me,” he told the club’s official website.
“Sometimes you sign players knowing how good they are and then you see them in training and you think ‘you are a little bit better than what I first thought’ and that’s nice as well.”

Wolves have a 14-point cushion in the automatic promotion spots in the Championship and it seems very probable that Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are headed for the Premier League.
If and when that happens, it seems unlikely that Zyro – who hasn’t played for Wanderers since September – will have a big role to play in the top flight, unless he blows everybody away in League One.
Realistically, the Polish winger could struggle for a long-term future at Molineux, but a productive spell at Charlton would not only increase the chances of Robinson signing him, but Championship clubs will surely come sniffing around if he causes a stir in London.
