Harry Kane dreams of winning the Premier League with boyhood club Tottenham Hotspur one day and would make a big sacrifice to achieve that.

Kane reached a huge milestone during Spurs’ last outing, a 2-2 draw at Liverpool, scoring a penalty in the fifth minute of extra-time to salvage a point for his team.

That goal was the striker’s 100th in the top flight of English football, with the 24-year-old reaching a century in the second quickest time behind the division’s all-time top-scorer, Alan Shearer.

The impressive form of Kane over the past few seasons has seen the England international linked with big money moves to both Manchester United and Real Madrid, as outlined by the Evening Standard, but it is at Tottenham where the forward wants to realise his dreams.

“I dreamed of playing for Spurs since I was a boy. For a long time my motivation was simply to close my eyes and picture myself scoring against Arsenal in the Premier League,” the forward wrote in The Players’ Tribune.

“[I’ve] done that a few times now, and it never gets old. But now, my motivation is a bit different.

“Now, I close my eyes and I picture myself lifting the Premier League trophy at our new stadium with my mates. I’d trade the next 100 goals for that feeling.”

If Kane stays in England then beating Shearer’s record of 260 goals could be a realistic challenge for his fellow countryman to take on.

Yet for the attacker, personal achievements clearly come second to what he can do with the North London club he has played with since the age of eight.
