Quite a few Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter are saying the same thing after Son Heung-min won Player of the Month for October in the Premier League.
The South Korea international had his brilliant form rewarded by getting an individual prize today.
Son scored four goals last month including a brace in Tottenham’s demolition at Manchester United, as well as a late winner away to Burnley.
But his Spurs team-mate Harry Kane also bagged four goals.
Kane joined Son in scoring two at Old Trafford but also scored a double in the draw with West Ham United.
In terms of influence, the 27-year-old just might’ve been a bigger player for the Lilywhites than Son.
At least, that’s what Tottenham fans are saying on Twitter.
Here’s how they reacted to Son winning the award:
None of this really matters, if we’re honest.
Collective prizes are far and away more important than individual ones and because of the pair’s combined form, Tottenham are second in the Premier League table and one point behind Leicester City at the summit.
Both Spurs stars are playing out of their skin right now and from Jose Mourinho’s perspective, long may it last.
