Kalvin Phillips has established himself as an important player for Leeds United.

Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips has told BBC Radio Leeds that there is more to come from him.
Phillips has played well for Leeds so far this season and has established himself as an important player in Garry Monk’s team.
The 20-year-old midfielder has featured in eight Championship games for the West Yorkshire so far this campaign, scoring one goal and creating eight chances in the process.
The youngster made 10 appearances in the league for Leeds last season, creating six chances in the process.

Phillips has said that there is more to come from him, and has stated that he is ready to prove that he is a good player.
“I think I have done alright,” Phillips told BBC Radio Leeds when asked about his development this season.
“There is a lot more to come, obviously. That will come through being consistent on the training pitch and also proving to people out there that I am a good player.”

Phillips is still very young and is developing, but his displays this season suggest that he is someone who can go on to have a very successful career.
Playing for Leeds comes with massive pressure, but the youngster has proved that he is able to deal with it.
The West Yorkshire outfit are 12th in the Championship table at the moment with 13 points from nine matches, just three points behind sixth-placed Birmingham City.
