Kalvin Phillips has sent a 7-word message to Mateusz Klich on Instagram, who announced his official departure from Leeds United.
The Athletic have reported that Klich is set to join DC United, as his contract was mutually terminated.
The Polish international is considered as a legend at Elland Road by every Whites supporter, including Man City midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
Joining the club in 2017, Mateusz Klich was initially just a bit-part player.
Klich went on embark on a season-long loan to FC Utrecht in order to get some much-needed playing time under his belt.
Returning from his loan spell, the central midfielder became a vital cog in the Leeds side that won the Championship under Marcelo Bielsa.
Known for his silky footwork and penchant for the dark arts, Mateusz Klich is remembered fondly as a fan favourite.
Additionally, Klich holds a soft corner amongst the Leeds United fanbase as he was the first signing of the Victor Orta era for £1.5 million (Daily Mail).
