Liverpool can look forward to a lot more trophies if a potential double transfer happens.

Liverpool are champions of Europe once again, and deservedly so.
Jurgen Klopp’s side were colossal in the Champions League this past season, beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in the final.
It was Liverpool’s first trophy since a League Cup success seven years ago, but if a double transfer comes off then Reds fans can look forward to an era of dominance.
According to Il Mattino in Italy, Klopp has touched base with Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, while TEAMtalk have reported that Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele wants a move to Anfield.
Even if the Merseyside club sign one of them, it’ll be so hard for Manchester City next season. With both, we’re talking a potential dynasty of dominance, domestically and in Europe.
Klopp already has the world’s finest centre-back in Virgil van Dijk, and pairing him with somebody of Koulibaly’s stature means they could comfortably boast the world’s best back four next season.
And in Dembele, Liverpool would have one of the most exciting young players on the planet. The French winger wouldn’t get a game immediately, but long term has the potential to be better than Sadio Mane and Mo Salah.
The Reds haven’t dominated English or European football for over three decades, but Koulibaly and Demebele would take them back to years of consistent silverware.
