West Ham United are allegedly readying a move for Lazio winger Felipe Anderson.

Manuel Pellegrini is aiming to make Lazio’s Brazilian winger Felipe Anderson his first signing at West Ham United, according to reports from Sky Sports.
The Chilean has stressed his desire to get back to playing attacking football at the London Stadium next term, and the 25-year-old’s signature would certainly go a long way towards improving that.

Anderson has been one of Lazio’s standout players since joining from Santos in his native home in 2013, making 177 appearances across five seasons and amassing 34 goals and 42 assists from numerous positions, leading to links with Premier League clubs in recent years.
His best spell with the Serie A club came in 2015, with the winger being rewarded with his only international cap – after bagging 11 goals and 10 assists in 37 appearances – but his performance levels fell in the following season.
The amount of the impending bid is currently unclear, but West Ham are likely to make a serious push for the player’s signature, with the Hammers’ owners backing Pellegrini with record funds this summer, according to BBC Sport.

Manchester United’s growing interest in last season’s top-scorer Marko Arnautovic (Sky Sports), could also bare significance in future negotiations for Anderson.
