Everton’s Cenk Tosun has vowed to improve on his goal-scoring efforts next season.

Everton’s star striker Cenk Tosun has vowed to reach new levels and is convinced he can be even better next season, after impressing in his debut campaign in a shackled Blues outfit, as quoted by the official club website.
The highly-rated forward netted an impressive five goals in only 12 starts for Sam Allardyce’s side, after joining from Turkish giants Besiktas in the winter window; helping Everton to reach a comfortable eighth-place finish in the process.
Known for his clinical edge in front of goal, the Turk did not disappoint, boasting an impressive 42 per cent accuracy rating for shots-on-target, bettering the likes of Tottenham’s Harry Kane on 41 per cent.
After an impressive start to life in England the striker is not resting on his laurels. Tosun has now set himself the target of becoming the main man at Goodison Park. Having now acclimatised to the demands of the most physically taxing league in world football.

“Everyone knows that the Premier League is one of the hardest leagues to adapt to when you come from another country,” Tosun told the official club website.
“I think I have been able to do that since joining Everton and I am happy with the contribution I have made to the team but I know that when we come back for pre-season, and with a summer of hard work, that I can be even better next season.”
Tosun will surely be given the chance to reach his peak form next term, with the club having invested a hefty £27million in bringing him to Merseyside.
