Juventus will likely sacrifice Dusan Vlahovic in the summer transfer window if they now fail to qualify for the Champions League. He is also a target of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

That is according to Calciomercato, which reports the Serie A squad might now have to put Vlahovic up for sale. Bianconeri chiefs fear having to balance the books without the money that premier UEFA football offers. They now sit just 10th in the Italian top-flight standings.

Juventus are 13 points behind Lazio in fourth after Italy’s football federation (FIGC) docked 15 points, via BBC Sport. The Turin powerhouse were third in the table through 18 fixtures after 11 wins. They have since won only one of their three fixtures following FIGC’s verdict.

Vlahovic will offer Juventus a lucrative asset should the Allianz Stadium outfit need to raise funds. Bianconeri chiefs are prepared to listen to any offers worth €90m (£80m) if they fail to qualify for the Champions League. The striker’s agent is also already speaking with suitors.

Arsenal have already spoken with Dusan Vlahovic’s agent over his transfer

Darko Ristic has had several calls with Premier League sides including Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United over Vlahovic’s transfer. His place in Turin was already in doubt during January to the alert of clubs throughout Europe. But an injury ruled out any winter moves.

The 23-year-old only returned from the groin injury he suffered back in October at the end of January. Yet further clubs will now explore deals in the off-season if the Bianconeri look to cash in. Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain will likely all show an interest.

For now, though, Juventus hope Vlahovic will fire them back into the top four of the Serie A table. The 19-cap Serbia star scored two goals and laid on one assist to beat Salernitana 3-0 on Tuesday. It took him to eight goals and two assists in 12 league outings this season.

Tottenham are also looking to bring Dusan Vlahovic to the Premier League

Tottenham are also interested in rivalling Arsenal for Vlahovic’s transfer if Juventus let him leave. CalcioMercatoWeb has reported that Antonio Conte is willing to pay €50m (£44.5m) and also send Japhet Tanganga, who Spurs value at €30m (£26.5m), in the other direction.

Conte admires Vlahovic and believes the Juventus star can be the perfect replacement for Harry Kane, should he leave Tottenham. But El Debate reports the forward has told Ristic that he wants to join Real Madrid, who are monitoring Vlahovic, at the end of this season.
