Wolverhampton Wanderers have already lured a couple of big-name stars to their side ahead of the Premier League campaign, as they look to stave off the threat of relegation following their promotion last campaign.

Portugal’s number one goalkeeper Rui Patricio has joined the Midlands club from Sporting Lisbon, while 65-time Mexico international Raul Jimenez has moved to Wolves on a season-long loan from Benfica.

Wolves have also tied up permanent deals for loaness Leo Bonatini, Willy Boly and Diogo Jota, but manager Nuno Espirito Santo will be fully aware that the club still requires another forward.

But with only Bonatini and Jimenez as options up front, Wolves could do with another striker – one that will be happy to only receive intermittent game time. A young, up-and-coming striker with plenty of promise would be perfect.

It should convince Wolves to look at Juventus youngster Moise Kean, after Italian outlet CalcioMercato claimed the 18-year-old would be allowed to leave the Italian champions for just £9million.

Kean, 18, impressed on loan at Serie A side Hellas Verona last season, scoring four goals in 20 Serie A appearances as he showed he has plenty of potential and can score at the top level – despite his young age.

Juve boast plenty of options in attack, following the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo, along with Gonzalo Higuain, Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic. Kean’s chances of a first-team breakthrough, then, are slim.

The Italy Under-19 international would be more than willing to wait for his chance at such a young age, and a move to Wolves would see him made to wait for his chance. However, he would only be third in line.

Landing the potential superstar would be a huge coup for Wolves, if they can convince speed machine Kean to swap Turin for The Midlands.
