Juventus are one of the teams reportedly chasing Tanguy Ndombele.

Tottenham Hotspur should take encouragement from Juventus’ pursuit of Adrien Rabiot.
Sky Italia report Juventus are negotiating with Rabiot and are hopeful the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder will accept their proposal.
This would help Tottenham as it would effectively take Juventus out of the running for top target Tanguy Ndombele.
Calciomercato reported six days ago that Juventus had made contact with Lyon over Ndombele.
Lyon are looking for £63 million for the midfielder, SkySports report, and a free move for Rabiot is more attuned to Juventus’ recent strategy.

Already this summer they have signed Aaron Ramsey on a free, following Emre Can a year ago.
In midfield the Italian champions are stacked with options, also boasting Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi, Sami Khedira and Rodrigo Bentacur.
There would be no need for them to sign both Rabiot and Ndombele, and their ongoing chase of Rabiot has to help Spurs.
Lyon ideally want a bidding war for the midfielder, which would be more difficult for Tottenham.
If Juventus drop out of the race then Tottenham’s path to the deal will be easier.
