Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved has told Tuttomercatoweb that facing Tottenham in the Champions League will be as tough as against any other English team.

The former Czech Republic international was asked whether Juventus were fortunate to avoid the Manchester clubs, and he responded to say he did not agree.

He also said that Tottenham’s star striker Harry Kane was the player who really scares him when it comes to the last 16 ties next February.

Nedved said: “I personally put Tottenham on the same level as the other English, from the two of Manchester to Liverpool. It is difficult to choose one compared to another.

“Tottenham has a very important potential offensive, we have to be careful, who I fear the most is the central attacker Harry Kane, but we do not have to think about the individual, They have a coach who focuses a lot on the collective.”
