Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie, and he has been praised for his display against Chelsea.
Tottenham may be in the market for a new midfielder in January in order to bolster Antonio Conte’s squad.
Calciomercato reported over the summer that Conte indicated he wanted McKennie at whichever club he joined.
That looked like being Tottenham at the time, but the move broke down.
With Conte now finally at Tottenham, the McKennie rumours are back.
Calciomercato claim that Tottenham are back in for McKennie and could make a move in January.
That would allegedly cost up to €35million (£29million), with Conte and Fabio Paratici keen to land the American midfielder.

Juventus fans praise Tottenham target McKennie
On Tuesday night, McKennie started for Juventus in the Champions League clash against Chelsea.
It was a dismal night for Juve, as they were hammered 4-0 in West London.
Few players came out with any credit, but Juventus fans did hail Tottenham target McKennie.
Some think that Juventus really shouldn’t consider letting him go as he is one of few to put in the work in midfield.
Others think McKennie was one of Juve’s best players against Chelsea, suggesting that he has revived himself this season and was ‘everywhere’ last night.
