Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting after Renato Sanches was linked with a loan move to Wolves.
Liverpool were of course strongly linked with a move for Sanches earlier this summer, and while the Ligue 1 star seems to be coming to the Premier League, he’s headed to Molineux rather than Anfield.
As you can imagine, Reds supporters had plenty to say about this rumour, and they weren’t best pleased by the idea of Sanches heading elsewhere.
The midfielder would have been a solid Georginio Wijnaldum replacement, but it looks as though the Reds won’t be getting a new midfielder through the door on deadline day unless something drastic happens.
As we should all know by now, Jurgen Klopp and Michael Edwards should be trusted to do what is right, but as ever, fans think they know best and they think Sanches is a player the Merseyside club should have snapped up.
