Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Marca’s report that Martin Odegaard will not be sold by Real Madrid.
According to Marca, Odegaard, on loan at Arsenal at the moment, is one of the players Madrid will simply not sell this summer.
The Norway international attacking midfielder has failed to make a massive impact at the defending Spanish champions, but Los Blancos still reportedly have faith in him.
Odegaard joined Arsenal on loan from Madrid in the January transfer window and has done quite well for the Gunners.
According to WhoScored, the 22-year-old has scored one goal in nine Premier League matches and has scored one goal in four Europa League games for the Gunners.
The London Evening Standard reported this week that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is keen keeping the youngster at the Emirates Stadium next season as well.
However, the report in Marca will come as a blow to Arteta, but some Arsenal fans do not seem to be worried.
