Sky Sports pundit and commentator Chris Kamara has reportedly heard that Marcelo Bielsa has left his position at Leeds United.
Taking to Twitter, the football personality posted that he has heard the Argentine manager has departed Elland Road after Leeds’ 4-0 loss against Tottenham, adding more fuel to fears that relegation is on the cards for the Yorkshire club.
The Guardian reported last night that Bielsa is set to leaves Leeds, with former RB Leipzig manager Jesse Marsch set to replace Bielsa and attempt to get the club out of the relegation dog fight.
Leeds have been in barren form in recent weeks, with Bielsa’s side suffering three massive losses in their last three games which has seen them concede 14 goals and score just two.
And now, according to Kamara, Bielsa has made the decision to leave Leeds after this latest hammering in the Premier League. The pundit said on Twitter: “Just been told Bielsa has gone. He will certainly be remembered.”
Indeed, given Bielsa’s history of leaving clubs, it is no shock to see the Argentine walk out of Leeds on his own terms, yet the decision will still be a shock to the Premier League club given all that he has done for them.
Bielsa has made the right decision walking from Leeds after 4-0 loss

Bielsa leaving Leeds was always going to be a reality one day, yet after so many heavy losses and a squad that now looks exhausted and past what the Argentine can teach then, the decision to leave is coming at the right time.
The former Olympique Marseille manager has been a revelation for Leeds since taking the job back in 2018, yet for Bielsa, the decision to walk is the right decision given the situation the Whites find themselves in.
