Patrice Evra says it is a ‘joy’ to watch Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski in action, as he warned that he’s a player Antonio Conte can’t afford to lose through injury, as he told Amazon Prime Sport.
The former left-back noted Kulusevski’s ability to be that creator and playmaker for Spurs as the reason for that because, aside from Harry Kane, there aren’t many creative minds out on that pitch.
On Boxing Day, the 22-year-old started his side’s 2-2 draw at Brentford, with Conte’s men, once again, falling behind and then having to come back to secure something from the game.

With Richarlison out injured, Tottenham’s front three picks itself, although, Conte hasn’t had much time to have all four of Son Heung-min, Harry Kane, Kulusevski and Richarlison all fit at the same time.
Nonetheless, the Sweden international, who was rested during the World Cup break, has a fan in former Manchester United star Patrice Evra.
“He’s a fantastic player,” said Evra. “Creativity and a playmaker. And that’s what Tottenham need if they want to stay on the top form.
“It’s just a joy to see him play. I hope he’s not going to get any injury.”

KULUSEVSKI ONE OF THE PLAYERS OF 2022
What a signing the former Juventus star has been and what a capture from the club’s transfer guru, Fabio Paratici.
In Turin, Kulusevski wasn’t exactly setting the world alight, nor were many at Juventus bothered that he and Rodrigo Bentancur were heading for the exit door back in January 2022.
But, fast forward to the present and he has been one of the players of 2022 and those at Juventus will be wondering where this form from Kulusevski was when he was playing for them because he has been outstanding.
