Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber and Newcastle United star Sven Botman have sent messages to Ryan Gravenberch after he completed his move to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool on the final day of the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old Netherlands international is over the moon to have moved to Liverpool.
As you can see below, the midfielder has taken to Instagram to express his delight at joining the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners.
And Arsenal centre-back Jurrien Timber and Newcastle United defender Sven Botman have responded to his message.
Timber, who moved to Arsenal in the summer of 2023, and Botman are both Dutch and know Gravenberch well.
All three players came through the Ajax academy system.
Gravenberch is one of the best young players around, and we believe that the midfielder is a very good signing for Liverpool.
True, the Netherlands international did not make a huge impact at Bayern last season, but he is a hugely promising player who can only get better under manager Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
It could take a while for Gravenberch to get used to the Premier League and to Klopp’s system at Liverpool, but we have no doubt that he is going to be a big success at Anfield in the long run.
Liverpool have signed a real gem in Gravenberch.
