Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter after Florentino Pérez bizarrely hit out at Jürgen Klopp, following the collapse of the Super League.

Speaking to journalist Manu Carreño during Cadena Ser’s El Larguero on Wednesday, Pérez mocked Liverpool 2018 Champions League final defeat.

In response to Klopp’s comments on Real Madrid’s Valdebebas training ground, the 74-year-old said: “Valdebebas? I don’t know why he doesn’t like it. For us, Valdebebas and Kiev are the same. 3-1.”

Pérez truly has lost his head.

Just hours after his elitist Super League hilariously crumbled, the Spaniard has been on the offensive.

It makes absolutely no sense for him to take aim at Liverpool.

Pérez added that the Super League is not dead when speaking to Carreño, which would imply that he’d like the Reds to come back and make a U-turn.

However, nobody at Anfield is going to want to deal with him now, after he mocked the club’s painful defeat to Real Madrid in Kiev.

He also mocked Chelsea’s protest outside Stamford Bridge.

From our point of view, mocking teams who you’re still keen to have onboard your crazed Super League project isn’t the wisest idea from Pérez.

It goes without saying that he seems furious at the collapse of his plan.

Let’s see what the Liverpool fans on Twitter have been saying about the Spaniard’s bizarre comments…
