Klopp has brought seven new faces to Liverpool this summer.
Reds manager Jurgen Klopp has shared the message he has given Liverpool’s new signings during an interview with the Liverpool Echo.
The German boss has been extremely busy in the summer transfer window, bringing in no fewer than seven new signings so far.
The latest to join was Georginio Wijnaldum, who completed a £25 million move from Newcastle United on Friday.
The focus is now on getting those new faces integrated into the squad in pre-season before the start of the next campaign.
While Klopp is likely to have had personal words of advice for each player, he has shared the general message that he has given to all of his new players.
Asked what he had told them, he told the Liverpool Echo: “If your attitude is right, you’ll flourish at this club.”
“Be down to earth and work hard. We chose you because of your quality. It’s all about attitude. If your attitude is right then everything will be good this season.”
It now remains to be seen if Liverpool’s new signings do prove to be smart acquisitions next season.
They have certainly not rested on their laurels with their transfer business and have sent a strong message to the Premier League that they are determined to compete.
The big question is how Klopp intends to fit them all into his team, with him now having big selection choices to make in several positions.
