Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told the Daily Star that Alberto Moreno has been the best trainer in the squad in recent weeks.
Despite being the only fit left back in the Liverpool squad the Spaniard has found himself out of the team this season.
He started the season opener against Arsenal but his poor performance in that game saw him quickly dropped by manager Klopp.
Instead, the German has opted to use midfielder James Milner in the role, a change which he has taken in his stride.

It appears Moreno has not given up of getting back in just yet, though, with Klopp’s latest comments indicating he is working hard to prove his worth.
“To be honest, one of the best players in training in the last few weeks has been Alberto Moreno. He took the situation brilliantly and is in a really good moment,” he told the Daily Star.

Unfortunately for Moreno, it looks unlikely that he will return to the Liverpool first team anytime soon.
Milner has impressed at left back so far and despite it not being his natural position offers a much more assuring presence in the role than the Spaniard.
Indeed, it seems the best he can hope for is appearances in the cup competitions, especially after Klopp used him in the recent win over Derby County in the EFL Cup.
