Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has told LFC TV that he was impressed with Kostas Tsimikas on Saturday evening.
The Reds were in pre-season action last night, as they took on Bundesliga side Stuttgart over in Austria.
Liverpool took a 2-0 lead in the first half, as Roberto Firmino and Naby Keita found the back of the net.
Promising striker Rhian Brewster added a third in the second half, giving Liverpool a comfortable 3-0 victory.
The game also saw left back Tsimikas make his debut, having joined the club from Olympiacos earlier this month.
The defender played the second half against Stuttgart, replacing Andrew Robertson on the left side of the Liverpool back line.

Tsimikas impressed Klopp, as the Liverpool boss said he was ‘good’ on Saturday, showing hos quick and confident he is already.
Klopp added that Tsimikas will need to learn how Liverpool defend out of possession over the coming months, but believes he looks good on the ball after a promising start.
“Good, good. He’s a pretty quick player, obviously, and pretty confident,” said Klopp. “But he’s a really good player, and he did well. Of course, the next challenge for him is to get used to all our defending things. It will take time, no doubt. But when he has the ball it looks not so bad,” he added.
