The Liverpool youngster has been in superb form this season.

Jurgen Klopp sat down for an exclusive interview with Unisport, and raved about the quality of Liverpool ace Trent Alexander-Arnold, praising the youngster’s work ethic and drive.
The 20-year-old has been superb for the Reds this season, racking up an incredible 16 assists in 39 appearances in all competitions, and he is now widely considered to be one of the best right-backs in the game.
The sky really is the limit for the Liverpool starlet, and if he continues to improve, there is no telling how much he can achieve in the game.
Klopp offered high words of praise for Alexander-Arnold when speaking during an exclusive interview with Unisport, suggesting that he is the perfect example for young players trying to make it in the game:

“Trent Alexander-Arnold is also the perfect example. From day one he did everything he should have done by being himsef. His ethos was, I have to learn so I will learn and there will be a day when I play. When the day comes where he is not playing he is not questioning me and asking why not, he knows I’ve thought about it so he doesn’t have to. That’s pretty smart from him to be honest.”
Liverpool still have one game left this season – the Champions League final against Tottenham on June 1st, and Alexander-Arnold will undoubtedly have a key role to play for his side in Madrid.
The Reds youngster is now one of Klopp’s most trusted on-field lieutenants, and it is sometimes easy to forget that he is only 20-years-old.
It is little wonder why Klopp is so proud of the player he has become.
