Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told the club’s official website that winning against Leeds United at Elland Road will not be easy.
Klopp has said that Leeds showed against Manchester City on Saturday afternoon how tough they are to beat.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side got the better of City 2-1 away from home at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League.
Leeds won the match despite playing the entire second half with 10 men due to the dismissal of Liam Cooper in the closing stages of the first period.
Liverpool will take on Leeds away from home at Elland Road in the Premier League on April 19, and Klopp has said that winning against the Whites will not be easy.
Klopp told Liverpool’s official website: “We have Real Madrid, of course, but then in the league we play Leeds and I think everybody who saw them fighting today against Man City knows that it is not a walk in the park.
“It will be a tough one; I think they are leading in all physical stats in the league, so that means if you want to get something there you have to do a lot and that’s what we will do.”

Tough for Liverpool
Leeds gave Liverpool a run for their money when the two sides met at Anfield earlier in the season, and the Whites will make it hard for the Reds to win this time around as well.
City piled on the pressure on Leeds, especially in the second half, but Bielsa’s side held strong, defended well and then hit Pep Guardiola’s team on the counter.
