Liverpool let Nathaniel Clyne leave on loan this week.

Jurgen Klopp has told Four Four Two that it was Nathaniel Clyne who decided to leave Liverpool.
Klopp sanctioned Clyne’s exit earlier this week as Clyne joined Bournemouth on a half-season loan.
A long-term back injury had seen the former Southampton right-back slip behind Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez in the pecking order on Merseyside.
The 27-year-old really impressed in Liverpool’s win over Manchester United last month, and some fans of the Anfield club on Twitter wanted to see their German manager keep hold of him incase.
But Klopp reveals to Four Four Two that the player himself decided that a move away from the Reds was best for all parties.
“With Clyney, having an option like him is good. When I came in, he played like what I felt was each game. He was very good and a very important part of the team in that time.
“Then he got his injury, a back problem, that nobody knew how long it would take and the team changed in that time.
“Joe was fit and Trent came up. Having Clyney was still okay but he is at an age where he needs to play and wants to play.
“He asked if he could go and I thought about it and said yes because we have other options. You can always keep a player, but to keep him with the right shape or confidence is not always easy, and they have to play more than Clyney did.”
Clyne joined Liverpool for £12.5 million [BBC Sport] under Brendan Rodgers back in 2015 but, for the most part, was never really able to recapture his Southampton form.
He made his debut for the Cherries in this afternoon’s 3-1 FA Cup defeat by Brighton.
