Liverpool earned a vital three points against Chelsea yesterday.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp spoke to reporters after his side’s convincing win over Chelsea at Anfield yesterday, and offered high words of praise for Mohamed Salah, suggesting that the Egyptian’s wonder goal blew him away, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 26-year-old Reds ace had been going through somewhat of a dry spell in front of goal before yesterday’s game, having scored just once in his previous 10 outings.
Salah was back to his best for Liverpool yesterday, however.
The former Roma forward thundered a 30-yard strike into the top corner, putting his side 2-0 up against Chelsea, and Klopp was effusive in his praise for the Egyptian, as quoted by the club’s official website:

“It blew me away. I was really happy. I saw it really well; maybe I saw it first the ball would go in. It was a really, really outstanding finish.”
Liverpool really need Salah to finish the season strongly, if they are to achieve success both domestically and on the continent.
And after yesterday’s wonder strike, the 26-year-old will surely now be full of confidence heading into the final stretch.
