The Reds finished their pre-season schedule with a stunning 4-0 win over Barcelona on Saturday.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted to the Mirror that he has no idea who will start against Arsenal next week.
The Reds rounded off their pre-season schedule in impressive form on Saturday as they beat Barcelona in the conclusion of the International Champions Cup.
Goals from Sadio Mane, Divock Origi and Marko Grujic, as well as an own goal from Javier Mascherano saw them to a 4-0 victory in a fine display of their attacking power.
The game saw Klopp use most of his squad, with everybody coming out of the game having impressed.
And the Reds boss admits that he has no idea who will start against the Gunners because of the options available to him.
“I don’t know about the team vs Arsenal, I don’t pick one week before the game,” he told the Mirror.
“We will have 11 very good players and a strong bench against Arsenal but no idea who is where.”
It will certainly be interesting to see what line up that Klopp goes with throughout the season after a busy summer.
He has a number of options available to him across the park, and with no European football to contend with he is unlikely to change his selection too much.
The team that started against Barcelona looked like their best selection, and certainly impressed, so it would not be surprising to see him stick with that for the clash with Arsenal.
