Kevin Campbell has said on Highbury Squad that Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal would be a better team with Jude Bellingham in it.
The former Arsenal striker believes that Arsenal should try to sign Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
The Sky Sports and talkSPORT pundit has outlined how the former Birmingham City youngster would complement Thomas Partey in the middle of the park for Arsenal.
Campbell said about Bellingham, as transcribed by TheBootRoom: “Quality player. Someone who’s got legs, who fits in with the youth element, who’s got big capacity to grow as well.
“He’s of that standard that he’s already a full England international. That really fits our bill and ticks the box.
“We do lack goals from the midfield. Thomas Partey we don’t want to put goals on him because we know what his shooting’s like at times.
“The other player who plays with him who then tends to move a bit further forward has to be able to get in the box and score some goals for us.
“Has to be a little bit more creative. Jude Bellingham, you see him at Dortmund, he’s added that to his game.”

Jude Bellingham would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal
In our view, Bellingham would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal and would make manager Mikel Arteta’s side so much better.
The 18-year-old is a very dynamic midfielder who has impressed former Tottenham Hotspur striker and MOTD pundit Gary Lineker among others.
Bellingham can impose himself in the middle of the park, scores goals, and protests the back-line.
He is a complete midfielder.
And he is only 18.
In our opinion, if Arsenal finish in the top four of the Premier League this season and get back into the Champions League, then they should make a bid for Bellingham.
