Quintero has excelled in both of Colombia’s matches so far, with his performance against Poland particularly impressive.

Quintero was Colombia’s star of the show even as they lost to Japan in their World Cup opener, and he backed that showing up with a glistening display in his nation’s latest 3-0 victory over Poland.

Tottenham are now said to have been alerted to Quintero’s skill, and his performances in Russia have shown just how exciting an addition he could be to Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Quintero’s combination of skill and creativity makes him a real threat to opposition defences, and he would increase the threat that Tottenham carry.

Pochettino’s side are already one of the most devastating attacking forces in England, and they would only be stronger with Quintero in their squad.
