Tottenham Hotspur new boy Juan Foyth hopes his first start is one of many.

Tottenham Hotspur’s win over Barnsley may have been uninspiring, but for debutant Juan Foyth it was everything he could have hoped for.
The Argentine defender not only kicked off his Tottenham debut with a win at Wembley, he also helped keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 victory.
Foyth was delighted to make his first start, and today posted a message on Instagram to supporters expressing his happiness at how it went.
His message read: “Very happy to make my debut in this great club, let’s go for more!”
Foyth does not have a simple task to break through at Spurs, with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen key starters in the side.
He is not even the highest profile centre-back signing made this summer, with Spurs spending a record transfer fee on Ajax’s Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez.
Tottenham’s recent shift to playing three at the back at least enhances his prospects, and if they do need to call on him, his first game nerves will be out of the way.
A potential start in the next round of the Carabao Cup against rivals West Ham awaits.
