The Liverpool skipper returned to training late this summer.

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp addressed the media yesterday, ahead of his side’s Premier League clash with Leicester City today, and opened up on the discussions that he has shared with Jordan Henderson, regarding the club captain’s role in the team this season, as quoted by the Express.
The 28-year-old came back to Anfield late this summer, having played a key role in England’s World Cup campaign in Russia, and unfortunately for him, the Reds’ current midfield trip are all firing on all cylinders.
Henderson will be desperate to be back and involved as soon as possible, and Klopp told reporters how he has discussed the matter with the former Sunderland ace on more than one occasion, as quoted by the Express:

“Of course it is difficult for him as captain, but Hendo is such an important player to us and he knows that. We had talks about that. Especially with his style of play and how he puts everything on the pitch, you need to be in a really good shape physically.”
Liverpool have been on fire at the start of this season, winning all three of their game thus far, and they will be looking to make it four wins from four with a victory over Leicester today, although they might just have to do it without the services of Henderson once again.
