Leicester City beat Stoke City 2-0 at The King Power Stadium.

Leicester City supporters were full of praise for midfielder Wilfred Ndidi following their comfortable 2-0 victory over Stoke City on Saturday.
Ndidi fired the Foxes into a first-half lead with a sublime bending strike from 25 yards out. Jamie Vardy then doubled their lead shortly after the break to seal all three points for the Premier League Champions.
The result continues Craig Shakespeare’s winning start to life as Leicester boss and moves the club into 13th place on 33 points. The Foxes will be hoping to carry on pushing up the table with games against relegation-threatened Sunderland and Europa League contenders Everton to come next week.
Ndidi’s form will be welcomed by Leicester supporters having lost influential midfielder N’Golo Kante to Chelsea in the summer. The departure of Kante – and failure to adequetly replace him – was said to be a major cause of the Foxes slump from Champions to relegation-battlers.
However, Ndidi arrived from Belgian side KRC Gent in the January and is now showing promise that he can fill that massive void left by the French international. Of course, this has already led to comparisons between the two central midfielders with a few stating 20-year-old Ndidi has just as much potential as Kante.

Here is what some Leicester supporters had to say about Ndidi on twitter following their win over the Potters:
