We take a look at the last five meetings between West Bromwich Albion and Leicester City.

Leicester 1-4 West Brom (26^th October, 2010 – League Cup Fourth Round)

Robert Di Matteo made 11 changes to his starting line-up as West Bromwich Albion continued their flying start to the season.

Somen Tchyoi, Steven Reid and a wonderful double from Simon Cox secured the Baggies a place in the next round of the cup. Sven-Goran Eriksson’s Leicester side did manage a goal when Nicky Shorey turned into his own net from Paul Gallagher’s cross.

Leicester 0-1 West Brom (1^st November, 2014 – Premier League)

West Brom rose to tenth in the Premier League table by ending Leicester’s unbeaten start to the season at the King Power Stadium.

Esteban Cambiasso converted Saido Berahino’s cross into his own net to gift the Baggies their third win of the campaign. Nigel Pearson’s side remained in 17th on nine points.

West Brom 2-3 Leicester (11^th April, 2015 – Premier League)

Jamie Vardy’s injury-time winner moved Leicester within three points of 17th placed Hull City.

West Brom, who had dedicated the day to club legend Jeff Astle, took the lead twice through Darren Fletcher and then Craig Gardner. Nigel Pearson’s side wouldn’t give up, and Robert Huth looked to have rescued a late point for the relegation-threatened Foxes.

But a minute into added time, Vardy broke away from Albion’s defence and slotted the ball past Boaz Myhill, to send the away support into raptures.

West Brom 2-3 Leicester (31^st October, 2015 – Premier League)

Vardy came back to haunt the Hawthorns crowd again as he extended his goal scoring run to eight games in a row.

Salomon Rondon had put West Brom ahead but a second half double from Riyad Mahrez turned the game around. Vardy capitalised on a Gareth McAuley mistake to score the decisive goal and move Leicester up to third in the league. Rickie Lambert’s late penalty proved to be a consolation as the Baggies dropped to 11th.

Leicester 2-2 West Brom (1^st March, 2016 – Premier League)

A resilient West Brom display prevented Leicester from extending their lead at the top of the Premier League. Rondon opened the scoring before the Foxes fought back with goals from Jonas Olsson (OG) and Andy King.

Craig Gardner’s tremendous free-kick pulled Albion level in the 50th minute and the visitors held on for their ninth draw of the season.
