Burnley drew 1-1 away to Hull City on Saturday.
Burnley moved on to 31 points after coming from behind to earn a point against relegation-threatened Hull City.
The hosts took a 72nd-minute lead when midfielder Tom Huddlestone converted from the penalty spot following Michael Keane’s handball.
Keane went from zero to hero in a matter of minutes, as the towering defender showed tremendous composure to bring down Robbie Brady’s corner and fire the ball past Tigers goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic.
Burnley forward Ashley Barnes saw red in stoppage time for a second bookable offence, but there was not enough time left for the hosts to capitalise on their one-man advantage.
The draw marked the Claret’s first away point since they held Manchester United to a goalless draw at Old Trafford back in October. It also maintains Sean Dyche’s side’s 10-point cushion over Hull City and the relegation zone.
The travelling supporters were obviously delighted to have some respite from their woeful away form, and they took to Twitter to praise their side.
