Mikel Arteta has told Football London that he finds it a joy to watch Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe in Arsenal training.
Saka and Smith Rowe have emerged as two of Arsenal’s very finest attackers, after developing through the youth system.
Their importance to the team just seems to be growing by the game, and their performances against Slavia Prague last night were absolutely brilliant.
Saka got on the scoresheet, while Smith Rowe was a constant menace throughout the contest.
And Arteta says that he just loves seeing the pair in action at London Colney on a day to day basis.
“For me it’s a joy to watch them play to watch them every day in training,” he said. “The passion the commitment they have for the club.”

Saka may well earn himself Arsenal’s Player of the Season award, such is the level of consistency of his displays.
Smith Rowe has also forced his way into Arsenal’s preferred line-up, after being given a chance around the turn of the year.
Arsenal are next in action against Fulham at the weekend, but given their importance to the side, Saka and Smith Rowe may now find themselves rested for that contest.
