CBS reporter Ben Jacobs has stated that Harry Kane to Bayern Munich seems unlikely, as things stand.
Jacobs also suggested that it is likely that the England captain signs a new contract with Tottenham Hotspur, on the other hand.
Previously, the reputed journalist told The Done Deal Show that Bayern Munich “like” Kane, and are interested in bringing him in.
Club chief Oliver Kahn himself admitted once that the 29-year-old would be a “dream signing”, as relayed by Fabrizio Romano.
Clearly, the German giants are in need of a world-class striker after Robert Lewandowski decided to join Barcelona in the summer.
Harry Kane, who seemed inches away from joining Manchester City in the summer of 2021 has been advised by both fans and pundits alike to sign for a club that has a habit of winning silverware.
Considering Tottenham have failed to lift a single major trophy for 14 years, the general consensus remains that the £93,000-a-week goalscorer (Sun) deserves to be in and amongst serial winners.
However, an exit may not be on the cards.
Harry Kane to Bayern looks unlikely

CBS reporter Ben Jacobs has suggested that is unlikely that Harry Kane to Bayern Munich becomes a reality.
“I think with Harry Kane, it again is a calm situation”, he told the Spurs Chat Podcast.
Jacobs elaborated, “There’s not a feeling from sources that actually, he wants to go anywhere, provided that the Tottenham project is progressing and he’s getting games and goals.”
“Those links with Bayern Munich are exaggerated from what I’ve been told. I’ve been told many, many times that from the Spurs end that they fully believe Harry Kane will sign a new contract.”
“He doesn’t have any great desire to go to the Bundesliga and he feels that Tottenham is moving in the right direction.”
It seems as if Harry Kane to Bayern Munich is off the table for now, which should delight the Tottenham base as he looks likelier to sign a new contract.
