TalkSPORT journalist Alex Crook has said on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy plans to hire a replacement for Fabio Paratici.

The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that Levy plans to bring in a replacement for the Italian official after he resigned from his role at Tottenham.

Tottenham have announced on their official website that Paratici has decided to leave his role as the Managing Director of Football of Spurs.

This follows after the Italian “was unsuccessful with an appeal against his Italian Football Federation (FIGC) ban on certain football related activities”.

More hassle for Spurs

The departure of Fabio Paratici is a further problem for Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs simply cannot catch a break.

We all know how Antonio Conte and Spurs parted company recently.

Tottenham will have to appoint a permanent manager at the end of the season.

And now the North London club have to look for a replacement for Paratici as well.

Tottenham are not doing particularly well on the pitch at the moment, and there is a very good chance that they could miss out on a place in the Premier League top four this season.
