According to Ciro Venerato, Harry Kane could ask to leave Tottenham again if Antonio Conte departs north London this summer.
What’s the story?
Well, after the Italian’s passionate outburst following defeat to Burnley, many have questioned if he’ll be staying at Spurs.
In fact, sources close to Tottenham believe the 52-year-old won’t be in charge of Spurs next season (The Athletic).
Now, Venerato has made a claim about Kane and Conte, when discussing if Manchester United would rather sign the England international or Victor Osimhen.
Speaking to Area Napoli, the journalist said: “The player is waiting to know Antonio Conte’s future. He likes the Italian manager’s project. Should he leave, Kane might ask to leave too.”
Now, that would come as no surprise to us, following Kane’s decision to hand in a transfer request last summer.
Conte seems to have revitalised the 28-year-old, although if he leaves Spurs, you would understand if the Tottenham No.10 began to feel disillusioned.
Tottenham must keep Harry Kane happy

Daniel Levy cannot rely on Conte to keep Kane happy.
With 11 goals in 22 games under the Italian to his name, Kane is clearly enjoying his football under the former Chelsea boss.
However, as we saw when Conte walked out on Inter Milan last summer, he is an unpredictable man.

In that respect, Levy needs to find other ways of keeping Kane content in N17, or else the 60-year-old will find himself in a difficult position if the Italian does leave.
If Conte quits Tottenham in a few months, we could be about to see a repeat of the 2021 drama involving Kane wanting to leave Spurs.
Strap in, as it could be a rollercoaster of a saga.
