Rangers midfielder Josh Windass speaks highly of Ibrox teammate Kenny Miller, who was recently left out of the team by manager Pedro Caixinha.

Former Celtic striker Miller is in his third spell at Rangers at the moment and is an important player in the team.
The Scottish striker was a key player in the Gers’ return to the Scottish Premiership from the Scottish Championship at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
Despite being 37 years of age, Miller remains an important figure in the Gers’ team and can affect matches even as a substitute.
Rangers midfielder Windass has praised the former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Derby County striker.
The 23-year-old former Accrington Stanley midfielder has revealed that Miller helps him and gives him advice.

“He has been training with us as normal, so nothing has been different around here,” Windass told Herald Scotland about Miller.
“Kenny is the heartbeat of the squad. He’s got a good attitude, he trains like a top professional every single day. The lads bounce off him when he trains and try to follow his example.
“He has helped me a lot. He has given me advice if I’ve not played well. If I ask him what he thinks, he will always give me an honest answer. He’s been really good for me.”

Miller may be past his prime, but Windass’s comments show just why his importance in the current Rangers team cannot be undermined.
The striker was left out of the Rangers squad for the Scottish Premiership game against Hamilton Academical away from home before the two-week international break.
The 37-year-old striker subsequently played for the Gers’ youth team that weekend, but the former Celtic man is now back in the first-team fold at Ibrox.
Windass’s comments show that manager Caixinha was right to bring Miller back into the team.
