Quality footballer
Windass has issues with consistency, but the midfielder is a quality footballer who has done well at Rangers so far.
The 24-year-old former Accrington Stanley midfielder scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in 33 Scottish Premiership appearances for Rangers last season, according to Transfermarkt.com.
During the 2016-17 campaign, the midfielder made 21 appearances in the Scottish Premiership for the Ibrox club, providing five assists in the process, according to Transfermarkt.com.

Challenging Celtic
Rangers have been quite busy in the summer transfer window so far and have made a number of signings, including Jon Flanagan and Umar Sadiq.
The Gers will be aiming to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season, and progress to the group stage of the Europa League.
